At Posture Lab, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a Free Size Exchange Guarantee within 60 days of receiving your order. Please note: we do not offer unmotivated refunds.

60-Day Free Size Exchange Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure the perfect fit.

  • If you need a different size, contact us at footpulse54@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • We’ll provide return instructions for the unused item.

  • Once the original product is received, we will send out the correct size.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping and processing fees.

Important: We do not provide money-back refunds. This policy covers size exchanges only.

Wrong Item or Defective Product

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we’ll make it right at no extra cost:

  • Wrong Item: Contact us immediately and we’ll ship the correct product at no charge.

  • Defective Product: Send a photo of the defect to footpulse54@gmail.com and we’ll send a replacement—no return needed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, all orders must be received and processed under our size exchange policy.

Shipping Protection

We offer 100% protection against damage, loss, or theft during shipping for a small fee.

  • If shipping protection was purchased, all reshipment costs in case of damage, loss, or theft will be waived.

    Refund Policy

    If after one size exchange the product still doesn't fit, you can contact us for a money-back refund within 60 days of your purchase. Just send the products back to our warehouse and receive your money-back.
